This book documents Wolfgang Tillmans' experimental installation, which occupied the entire second floor of the Bibliothèque publique d'information (BPI) at the Centre Pompidou in Paris from June to September 2025. In dialogue with the old library, the exhibition questions what a library is, both as architecture and as a site for the transmission of knowledge, capturing more than thirty-five years of his artistic practice across a range of photographic genres.
