Photographer Paul Kooiker's Eggs and Rarities brings together 164 photographs that reflect, with a distinctive eye, on photographic clichés across genres including landscape, nude, and still life. Cliché images recalling tourist brochures or religious and political propaganda are interspersed with private photographs, blurring public and private space; the book was published alongside Kooiker's 2018 solo exhibition Untitled (Nude) at FOMU, the photography museum in Antwerp.
