This is a facsimile edition of the notebook Album Punjab Simla. Chandigarh, kept by Le Corbusier (1887–1965) during a two-week visit to the Punjab region of India in March 1951, ahead of the Chandigarh project. Alongside a facsimile of the original spiral-bound notebook, the book includes previously unpublished photographs by Le Corbusier's cousin Pierre Jeanneret (1896–1967) and detailed commentary by architectural historian Maristella Casciato.
