Made with pigmented India ink markers on school notebooks, it marks a new graphic experiment: from Roquefort to farmhouse Munster, Tomme de Savoie, Époisses, Brie Noir, Comté, Brousse du Rove, Chevrotin des Aravis, aged Cantal, and even Babybel, the wide variety of cheeses opens up explorations of relief, texture, and shape through the grid, layered lines, and combinations of colour.
